Thank you for considering DRM Tees for your custom apparel project. The policies below help ensure orders are handled clearly and efficiently.

Order Minimums

DRM Tees specializes in bulk custom apparel for businesses and organizations.

• Embroidery orders start at $325
• Transfer orders start at $350

Bulk orders only.

Ordering Process

All orders are submitted online and reviewed before production.

Our process is:

1. Submit your order request
2. Artwork and order details are reviewed
3. Pricing is provided
4. Invoice is sent
5. Production begins after payment is received

Payment Policy

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders are not started until invoice payment has been received.

Artwork Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, spelling, and order details.

If artwork is not production-ready, artwork cleanup or setup fees may apply.

Digitizing fees apply to new embroidery logos unless otherwise stated.

Proofing & Approval

If artwork approval or order confirmation is required, customers are responsible for reviewing all details carefully before approval.

Once approval is given, DRM Tees is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design or order details.

Turnaround Time

Production times vary depending on the order.

Standard turnaround begins after payment and final order approval are received.

Rush orders may be available depending on schedule and may include additional fees.

Rush Orders

Rush service is limited and subject to availability.

Rush fees start at 35% and may increase depending on project complexity and deadline.

Rush orders must have:

• final artwork ready
• final quantities confirmed
• payment received before production begins

Rush service is not guaranteed and may not be available for all orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders may be shipped or delivered locally when available.

Local drop-off may be available within a limited area.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Returns / Refunds

Because all items are custom made, orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is an error caused by DRM Tees.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery so it can be reviewed.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Order changes must be requested before production begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Walk-Ins / In-Person Pickup

DRM Tees operates through online ordering only.

No walk-ins or on-site visits are available.
