Thank you for choosing DRM Tees. The following policies are in place to ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process for all customers.

Order Minimums

DRM Tees specializes in bulk custom apparel for businesses, teams, and organizations. All orders are subject to minimum requirements and are reviewed before production.

Ordering Process

All orders are submitted online and reviewed before production begins.

Process:

  • Submit your order request
  • Artwork and order details are reviewed
  • Final pricing is provided
  • Invoice is issued
  • Production begins after payment and approval

Payment Policy

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been received in full.

Artwork Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, spelling, and order details at the time of submission.

If files are not production-ready, additional setup or cleanup fees may apply. Digitizing fees may also apply for new embroidery logos unless otherwise specified.

Proofing & Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, artwork, and order details before approval.

Once approval has been granted, DRM Tees is not responsible for errors present in the approved design or submitted order details.

Turnaround Time

Production times vary based on order size, complexity, and current workload.

Turnaround begins only after full payment and final approval are received.

All timeframes provided are estimates unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Rush Orders

Rush services may be available depending on schedule and production capacity. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Rush orders require:

  • Final approved artwork
  • Confirmed quantities
  • Full payment prior to production

Rush fees apply and vary based on deadline and project complexity.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders may be shipped or arranged for local delivery depending on location and order details.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Once an order has shipped, DRM Tees is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Tracking information will be provided to assist with any shipping concerns.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds

All products are custom-made and all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer errors, including incorrect sizes, quantities, colors, spelling, or approved artwork.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

After review, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. In some cases, items may need to be returned before resolution.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested before production begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Walk-Ins & Pickup

DRM Tees operates as an online-only business.

Walk-ins and in-person visits are not available. Local delivery may be arranged when applicable.
